What is monofilament?

A small number of single fillets produced by a single hole spinneret in the production of chemical fibers.

Its fineness is thicker than that of single filament in complex filament. After melting, the synthetic resin is condensed by a trickle of the raw liquid pressed out in the capillary hole of the spinneret head. Or use a porous spinneret (up to 50 holes, for example) to spin, and then draw without twist and spin into a monofilament bobbin.

The coarse synthetic fiber monofilament produced by PP, HDPE monofilament drawing machine can be used as fishing net line, insect proof net wire, sunshade net wire and rope.

The monofilament extruded by the brush drawing machine can be used as artificial bristle silk, such as toothbrush silk, makeup brush silk, cleaning brush silk, paint brush silk and so on.

Sometimes it can be as thin as 0.6 te (1000 British branches) or so, and can be processed into elastic silk,

Used to make stretch socks, stockings and other textiles and other * knitwear. The textile made of monofilament has thin quality, transparency and good hand feel.
